Price Quotation:
- Domestic suppliers should quote prices including BST (all India taxes are on the supplier).
- International suppliers are required to quote prices excluding BST (all India taxes are on the supplier) but other expenses such as bank charges are covered by Supplier
Delivery Terms:
- The final delivery point for the materials will be the DCCL Store.

The delivery period for the goods must be within 30 days.

Bidders who cannot meet the 25-day delivery deadline should propose an alternative delivery period. If a 25-day delivery is not feasible, the delivery timeframe can be negotiated during the evaluation process.
