We are currently seeking quotations from various bidders for the Enquiry number; DCCL/Com/Proc/07/2025/172. We urge your organization to read the Terms and Conditions carefully. Below are some key points to keep in mind while quoting your price:
Price Quotation:
- Domestic suppliers should quote prices including BST (all India taxes are on the supplier).
- International suppliers are required to quote prices excluding BST (all India taxes are on the supplier) but other expenses such as bank charges are covered by Supplier
Delivery Terms:
- The final delivery point for the materials will be the DCCL Store.

The delivery period for the goods must be within 20 days for Group A,B & C of the issuance of the purchase order. Quotations will be rejected if the delivery time exceeds with given delivery days.
Remarks:

The items are categorized into three groups: Group A , Group B , and Group C. Orders will be placed based on the lowest total amount for each group. Bidders are encouraged to quote for any group; however, rates must be provided for all items within the selected group(s) without leaving any item unquoted, Failure to quote any single item in a group will result in the bid being invalid or non-responsive.
