This has reference to our Notice Inviting Tender No.DCCL/Com/Pro/05/2022/386 dated 29/03/2022 for “Transportation of limestone from mines to crushing plant”. In this regards, we would like to inform all the prospective bidders that additional point has been added to Section IV: Terms and conditions A. clause no .6a as mentioned below:
6.a -At least minimum of five dumpers should be owned by each transporter. The transporter should submit the vehicle registered numbers or if the transporter is procuring new vehicle, the transporter should provide assurance letter from the vehicle supplier stating that the vehicle will be delivered within a minimum period of 45 days from the date of issuance of the Letter of Acceptance(LOA) from DCCL.
Therefore, all the prospective bidders are requested to abide by the above changes .
